Terms of service
These terms cover buying from Greyson Turner Merch at shop.greysonturner.music. The store is run by Greyson Turner Music, LLC ("we", "us") and is hosted by Shopify. Placing an order means you agree to these terms, along with our refund, shipping and privacy policies.
Orders
Stock is limited. If an item sells out after you order, or a price or listing was wrong, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. We'll tell you by email if that happens.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars. Shipping and any sales tax are shown at checkout before you pay. Payments are handled by Shopify's checkout; we never see or store your full card number.
Products
We show the products as accurately as we can, but colors vary from screen to screen. Check the sizes offered on each product before you order.
Shipping and returns
Shipping is covered by our shipping policy, and returns and refunds by our refund policy.
Designs and content
The designs, photos, artwork, music and the Greyson Turner name on this store belong to Greyson Turner and the artists who made them. Buying a product doesn't give you the right to copy or resell the designs.
Accounts
If you create an account, keep your login to yourself. You're responsible for orders placed through it.
Limits on our liability
As far as the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here takes away rights you have under consumer protection law.
The law that applies
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version posted when you place your order is the one that applies.
