Returns and exchanges
You have 30 days from delivery to send something back.
Items need to be unworn, unwashed and as they arrived.
To start a return, email booking@greysonturner.music with your order number and what you're sending back. We'll reply with the return address. Packages sent without getting in touch first can't be matched to an order.
Return shipping is on you, unless we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged or defective; then it's on us. Original shipping charges aren't refunded.
Need a different size? Say so in your email and we'll swap it while that size is in stock. If it's gone, we'll refund you instead.
Refunds
Once the return reaches us and we've checked it, we'll refund the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card may take a few more days to show it.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right with a replacement or a refund.
